The University of Phoenix operates as a for-profit school designed to help working adults or those who want to make career changes gain appropriate education. As of the time of this writing, there are no physical campuses available for Delaware residents, and the closest physical location for students who want to earn a degree on campus is in Philadelphia. They may also finish the program earlier than those who enter it without prior experience.
